Notification regarding appointment of Authority for Advance Ruling of Tripura - F.1-11(98)-TAX/GST/2020 - Tripura SGST

GOVERNMENT OF TRIPURA FINANCE DEPARTMENT (TAXES EXCISE) F.1-11(98)-TAX/GST/2020 Dated, Agartala, the 17th February, 2020. NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 96 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Tripura Act No. 9 of 2017) the State Government hereby constitutes an Authority to be known as the Tripura Authority for Advance Ruling consisting of the following members: 1. Shri Tinkhuma Darlong, TCS, SSG, Additional Commissioner of State Tax, Tripura. 2. Shri Sanjay Kumar, Additional Commissioner, Central Goods and Services Tax. This is issued in supersession of earlier Notification NO. F. 1-11 (98)- TAX/GST/2018 dated 17 July, 2018, published in the Tripura Gazette. Extraordinary Issue, vide No.402A, dated, 17 th July, 2018. This Notification shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. By order, (Tanusree Deb Barma, IAS.)
