Amendment in Notification No. F.11 (24) FD/Tax/2016-61 dated 01.07.2017 - F.12(18)FD/Tax/2020-124 - Rajasthan SGST

GOVERNMENT OF RAJASTHAN FINANCE DEPARTMENT (TAX DIVISION) NOTIFICATION Jaipur, February 20, 2020 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 9 of 2017), the State Government hereby makes the following amendments in this department's notification number F.11 (24) FD/Tax/2016-61 dated 01.07.2017, namely:- AMENDMENTS In the said notification,- (i) in column number 3 against serial number 1 of the table, for the existing expression Additional Commissioner of State Tax , the expression Special Commissioner of State Tax shall be substituted; (ii) in column number 3 against serial number 2 of the table, for the existing expression Joint Commissioner of State Tax , the expression Additional Commissioner of State Tax shall be substituted; (iii) in column number 3 against serial number 3 of the table, for the existing expression Deputy Commissioner of State Tax , the expression Joint Commissioner of State Tax shall be substituted; (iv) in column number 3 against serial number 4 of the table, for the existing expression Assistant Commissioner of State Tax , the expression Deputy Commissioner of State Tax shall be substituted; (v) in column number 3 against serial number 5 of the table, for the existing expression State Tax Officer , the expression Assistant Commissioner of State Tax shall be substituted; and (vi) in column number 3 against serial number 6 of the table, for the existing expression Junior State Tax Officer , the expression State Tax Officer shall be substituted.
