Amendment in Notification No. 1/2017-State Tax (Rate), dated the 29th June. 2017 - 1/2020-State Tax (Rate) - Tripura SGST

GOVERNMENT OF TRIPURA FINANCE DEPARTMENT (TAXES EXCISE) No. F.1-11(91)-TAX/GST/2020(PART-II) Dated, Agartala, the 17th March, 2020. NOTIFICATION NO. 1/2020-State Tax (Rate) In exercise of the powers by sub-section (1) of section 9 and sub-section (5) of section 15 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Tripura Act No. 9 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of Tripura in the Finance Department. No. 1/2017-State Tax (Rate), dated the 29 th June. 2017, published in the Tripura Gazette, Extraordinary Issue vide number 230, dated the 29 th June, 2017, namely :- In the said notification, - (a) in Schedule II - 6%, S. No. 242 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted; (b) in Schedule IV - 14%, for S. No. 228 and the entries relating thereto, the following S. No. and the entries shall be substituted, namely : - 228 Any chapter Lottery 2. This notification shall come into force on the 1st day March, 2020.
