Government of Uttarakhand Finance Section-8 No. 325/2020/5(120)/XXVII(8)/2020/CTR-1 Dehradun : Dated: 20 May, 2020 Notification WHEREAS , the State Government is satisfied that it is expedient so to do in public interest; NOW. THEREFORE, In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9 and sub-section (5) of section 15 of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 06 of 2017), the Governor, on the recommendations or the Council, is pleased to allow to make the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of Uttarakhand No. 514 /2017/9(120)/XXVII(8)/2017 dated 29th June, 2017, namely :- In the said notification,- (a) in Schedule II-6 Percent, S No. 242 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted; (b) in Schedule IV-14 Percent, for S.No. 228 and the entries relating thereto, the following S. No. and the entries shall be substituted, namely:- 228. Any chapter Lottery . 2. This notification shall deemed to have come into force from the 1st day of March, 2020. (Amit Singh Negi) Secretary
