Corrigendum - Notification No. 36/2019-Customs, dated the 30th December, 2019 - F. No. 354/145/2019 –TRU - Customs -Tariff

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) CORRIGENDA New Delhi, the 27th May, 2020 G.S.R. 316(E). - In the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 36/2019-Customs, dated the 30th December, 2019, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R. 964 (E), dated the 30th December, 2019, namely:- (I) at the page number 9, in the Table, in serial number 1, in column (3), for against serial number 231, in column (2), for the figure 2710 19 60 , the figure 2710 19 71 shall be substituted. , read - (i) against serial number 225, in column (2), for the figures 3824 90 90 , 3908 90 90 and 3824 90 21 , the figures 3824 99 00 , 3908 90 00 and 3824 99 00 , shall respectively be substituted; (ii) against serial number 231, in column (2), for the figures 2710 19 60 and 3824 90 11 , the figures 2710 19 71 and 3824 99 00 , shall respectively be substituted; (iii) against serial number 233, in column (2), for the figures 3824 90 , the figures 3824 99 00 , shall be substituted; (iv) against serial number 234, in column (2), for the figures 3824 90 , the figures 3824 99 00 , shall be substituted; (v) against serial number 235, in column (2), for the figures 3907 99 20 and 3908 90 90 , the figures 3907 99 00 and 3908 90 00 , shall respectively be substituted. ; (II) at the page number 10, in the Table, in serial number 8, in column (3),- for (iii) against serial number 82, for the entry in column (2), the entry 2939 79 , shall be substituted; read (iii) against serial number 82, for the entry in column (2), the entry 2939 79 , shall be substituted; (iiia) for serial number 133 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely: - 133 3824 84 00 to 3824 99 00 All goods other than Phosphonic Acid, Methyl-compound with (aminoimino methyl) urea (1:1). ; (iiib) the serial number 134 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted. ; (III) at the page number 10, in the Table, in serial number 10, in column (3),- for (i) against serial number 180, for the entry in column (2), the entries 3908 10 11 to 3908 90 00 , shall be substituted; (ii) the serial numbers 181, 182, 183 and 184, shall be omitted. read (i) against S.
