COMMERCIAL TAXES AND REGISTRATION DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION UNDER THE TAMIL NADU GOODS AND SERVICES TAX ACT, 2017. [ G.O. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 and in supercession of the Commercial Taxes and Registration Department Notification No.II(2)/CTR/733(c)/2019, published at page 1 in Part II-Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, Extraordinary, dated 10th September, 2019, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby constitutes a State Level Screening Committee on Anti-profiteering for the State of Tamil Nadu consisting of members holding the following posts, namely:- (i) Joint Commissioner (State Tax), Enforcement-I, Chennai; and (ii) Principal Commissioner, GST, Chennai North Commissionerate, Chennai.
