Uttar Pradesh Shasan Rajya Kar Anubhag-2 In pursuance of the provision of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Government Notification no.- 436/XI-2-9(47)/17-U.P. Act -2017-Order-(110)-2020, dated 11 May, 2020: NOTIFICATION No.- 436/XI-2-9(47)/17-U.P. Act -1-2017-Order-(110)-2020 Lucknow : Dated: 11 May, 2020 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (6D) of section 25 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (U.P. Act no 1 of 2017), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby notifies that the provisions of sub-section (6B) or sub-section (6C) of the said Act shall not apply to a person who is not a citizen of India or to a class of persons other than the following class of persons, namely:- (a) Individual; (b) Authorised signatory of all types; (c) Managing and Authorised partner; and (d) Karta of an Hindu undivided family. 2.
