Government of Uttarakhand Finance Section-8 No. 377/2020/6(120)/XXVII(8)/2020/CT-37 Dehradun : Dated: 04 June, 2020 Notification WHEREAS, the State Government is satisfied that it is expedient so to do in public NOW, THEREFORE, In exercise Of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 06 of 2017) read with clause (c) of rule 9 and rule 25 of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax (Fourth Amendment) Rules. 2019 (hereinafter referred to as the rules), made vide notification of the Government of Uttarakhand, No. 571/ 2019/10(120)/XXVII(8)/2019/CT-31 dated the 13 th July, 2019, the Governor, is pleased to allow to appoint the 21 st day of April, 2020, as the date from which the said provisions of the rules, shall come into force.
