Dated, Howrah, the 11th day of June, 2020 NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 96 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (West Ben. Act XXVIII of 2017), the Governor is pleased hereby to amend this Department notification No. 1637-F.T., dated 14.09.2017, published in the Kolkata Gazette Extraordinary, Part-I (hereinafter referred to as the said notification) : Amendment In the said notification, for the words Shri Parthasarathi Dey, Senior Joint Commissioner of State Tax , the words Shri Parthasarathi Dey, Additional Commissioner of State Tax shall be substituted. 2.
