State government authorizes Officers - 4/2020-STATE TAX - Kerala SGST

KERALA STATE GOODS AND SERVICES TAX DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATIONS [No. 4/2020-STATE TAX] No. CT/4/2020-C1. Thiruvananthapuram, 20th March 2020. In pursuance of the provisions of section 5 read with clause (99) of section 2 of the Kerala State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (20 of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Commissioner of State Tax hereby authorises- (a) the Additional Commissioner of State Tax for decisions or orders passed by the Joint Commissioner of State Tax; and (b) the Joint Commissioner of State Tax for decisions or orders passed by the Deputy Commissioner of State Tax or Assistant Commissioner of State Tax or State Tax Officer, as the Revisional Authority under section 108 of the said Act. 2.
