GOVERNMENT OF ARUNACHAL PRADESH DEPARTMENT OF TAX, EXCISE NARCOTICS ITANAGAR Notification No. 2/2019- State Tax The 29th January, 2019 No. GST/23/2017/Vol-I.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Arunachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 2019 (2 of 2019), the State Government hereby appoints the 1st day of February, 2019, as the date on which the provisions of the Arunachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 2019 (2 of 2018), except clause (b) of section 8, section 17, section 18, clause (a) of section 20, sub-clause (i) of clause (b) and sub-clause (i) of clause (c) of section 28, shall come into force.
