Amendment in Notification No. 38/1/2017-Fin(R&C) (151), dated 25th June, 2020 - 38/1/2017-Fin(R&C)(161)/845 - Goa SGST

GOVERNMENT OF GOA Department of Finance Revenue Control Division Notification 38/1/2017-Fin(R C)(161)/845 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 168A of the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Goa Act of 2017), the Government of Goa, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in the Government notification No. 38/1/2017-Fin(R C) (151), dated 25 th June, 2020, published in the Extraordinary Official Gazette, Series I No. 13, dated 26 th June, 2020, namely:- In the said notification, in the first paragraph,- (i) for the words, figures and letters 29 th day of June, 2020 , the words, figures and letters 30th day of August, 2020 shall be substituted; (ii) for the words, figures and letters 30th day of June, 2020 , the words, figures and letters 31st day of August, 2020 shall be substituted.
