GOVERNMENT OF RAJASTHAN FINANCE DEPARTMENT (TAX DIVISION) NOTIFICATION Jaipur, dated: February 26, 2020 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 9 of 2017) the State Government, hereby makes the following amendment in this department s notification number F. 12(30) FD/Tax/2018-18 dated 14.05.2018, namely :- AMENDMENT In the said notification, - i. In the table, against serial no. 1 in column (2), for the existing expression Additional Commissioner , the expression Special Commissioner shall be substituted; ii. In the table, against serial no. 2 in column (2), for the existing, expression Joint Commissioner , the expression Additional Commissioner shall be substituted.
