Seeks to extend the last date for filing of FORM GST CMP-08 for the quarter July-September 2019 by four days from 18.10.2019 till 22.10.2019 - F.12(46)FD/Tax/2017-Pt-V-82 - Rajasthan SGST

GOVERNMENT OF RAJASTHAN FINANCE DEPARTMENT (TAX DIVISION) NOTIFICATION Jaipur, dated: October 25, 2019 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 9 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in this department s notification No. F.12(46)FD/Tax/2017-Pt-III-05, dated the, 23rd April, 2019, as amended from time to time, namely:- In the said notification, in paragraph 2, after the first proviso, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely: - Provided further that the due date for furnishing the statement containing the details of payment of self-assessed tax in said FORM GST CMP-08 , for the quarter July, 2019 to September, 2019, or part thereof, shall be the 22nd day of October, 2019. . 2.
