Government of Chhattisgarh Commercial Tax Department Mantralaya, Mahanadi Bhawan Nava Raipur, Atal Nagar, District-Raipur Notification No. 59/2020 - State Tax Atal Nagar, the 6 th August 2020 No. F 10-66/2020/CT/V(95) . In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (7 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the Notification No. 21/2019-State Tax, No. F-10-19/2019/CT/V(46), Chhattisgarh Commercial Tax Department Dated 23 rd April, 2019, published in the Gazette (Extraordinary) of Chhattisgarh No. 131 dated 24 th April, 2019 namely :- In the said notification in the third paragaph, in the first proviso, for the figures, letters and words 15 th day of July, 2020 , the figures, letters and words 31 st day of August, 2020 shall be substituted. 2.
