Seeks to extend the due date for filing FORM GSTR-4 for financial year 2019-2020 to 31.10.2020 - (31/2020)-FD 03 CSL 2020 - Karnataka SGST

GOVERNMENT OF KARNATAKA No.FD 03 CSL 2020 Karnataka Government Secretariat, Vidhana Soudha, Bengaluru, dated: 08/09/2020 NOTIFICATION (31/2020) In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 168A of the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Karnataka Act 27 of 2017), the Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the Government of Karnataka Notification (08/2019) No. FD 47 CSL 2017, dated the 23rd April, 2019, published in the Karnataka Gazette, Extraordinary, Part IVA, No.322, dated the 23 rd April, 2019, namely:- In the said Notification, in the third paragraph, in the first proviso, for the figures, letters and words 31 st day of August, 2020 , the figures, letters and words 31st day of October, 2020 shall be substituted.
