Amendment in Notification No. 46/2020-State Tax, dated the 04th September, 2020 - 56/2020-State Tax - Jharkhand SGST

COMMERCIAL TAXES DEPARTMENT Notification No. 56/2020 State Tax S.O. No. 74, Dated 04th September, 2020 - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 168A of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), read with section 20 of the Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (13 of 2017), the Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of Jharkhand in the Commercial Taxes Department, No. 46/2020-State Tax, dated the 04th September, 2020, published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 64, dated the 04th September, 2020, namely:- In the said notification, in the first paragraph,-- (i) for the words, figures and letters 29th day of June, 2020 , the words, figures and letters 30th day of August, 2020 shall be substituted; (ii) for the words, figures and letters 30th day of June, 2020 , the words, figures and letters 31st day of August, 2020 shall be substituted. 2. This notification shall be deemed to be effective from the 27th June, 2020.
