Extension of date - Providing for waiver of late fee for Form GSTR-1. - G.O. Ms. No. 74 - Telangana SGST

REVENUE DEPARTMENT (CT-II) EXTENSION OF DATE - PROVIDING FOR WAIVER OF LATE FEE FOR FORM GSTR-1. [ G.O. Ms. No. 74, Revenue (Ct-II), 26th June, 2020 .] In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 128 of the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Telangana Act No. 23 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification issued in G.O. Ms. No. 41, Rev (CT-II) Dept., dt. 23-02-2018, as amended subsequently from time to time namely:- In the said notification, in the third proviso for the figures, letters and word 10th January,2020 , the figures, letters and word 17th January, 2020 shall be substituted SOMESH KUMAR, Chief Secretary and Special Chief Secretary to Government.
