GOVERNMENT OF RAJASTHAN COMMERCIAL TAXES DEPARTMENT ORDER Jaipur, Dated September 08, 2020 In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 86A of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 (hereafter in this order referred to as the said rules) l, Abhishek Bhagotia, Chief Commissioner, State Tax, Rajasthan, hereby, authorise the proper officers of the rank of Joint/Deputy/Assistant Commissioner(s), State Tax for carrying out the purpose under sub-rule (1) and (2) of the Rule 86A of the said rules. Subject to the condition that the said authorization shall be exercised only within their respective jurisdiction. This order Shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 31 st day of December, 2019.
