HARYANA GOVERNMENT EXCISE AND TAXATION DEPARTMENT Notification The 21st September, 2020 No. 77/GST-2 .- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the Governor of Haryana, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, Notification No. 57/GST-2, dated the 26th April, 2019, namely :- Amendment In the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, Notification No. 57/GST-2, dated the 26th April, 2019, in the third paragraph, in the proviso, for the figures, letters and words 31st day of August, 2020 , the figures, letters and words 31st day of October, 2020 shall be substituted.
