Government of Uttarakhand Finance Section-8 No. 689/2020/6(120)/XXVII(8)/2020/CT-61 Dehradun : Dated: 16 September, 2020 Notification WHEREAS, the State Government is satisfied that it is expedient so to do in public interest; NOW, THEREFORE, In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4) of rule 48 of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, is pleased to allow to make the following amendments in notification of the Government of Uttarakhand, No. 330/2020/5/(120)/XXVII(8)2020/CT-13 dated 20 May, 2020, namely;- In the said notification, in the first paragraph, (i) before the words those referred to in sub-rules , the words a Special Economic Zone unit and shall be inserted; (ii) for the words one hundred crore rupees , the words five hundred crore rupees shall be substituted.
