Commercial Tax Department Mantralya, Vallabh Bhawan, Bhopal Bhopal, the 11th September 2020 No. F A-3-05-2019-1-V(56). -ln exercise of the powers conferred by Section 164 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, and on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in this department's notification No. F A-3-05-2019-l-V (50) dated 29 th June 2019, namely :- In the said notification, for the figures, letters and words 21st day of June, 2019 , the figures, letters and words 21 st day of August, 2019 shall be substituted.
