In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 96 of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax Act. 2017 (Act No. 06 of 2017) read with rule 103 of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 and in supersession of the notification of Government of Uttarakhand, No.800/2017/9(120)/XXVII(8)/2017 dated 12 th October. 2017, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Governor, is pleased to allow to appoint Shri Anurag Mishra, Joint Commissioner State Tax, Headquarters Dehradun, as a member of the Uttarakhand Authority for Advance Ruling .
