Amendment in Notification No. 38/1/2017-Fin(R&C)(114), dated 21st October, 2019 - 38/1/2017-Fin(R&C)(179) - Goa SGST

GOVERNMENT OF GOA Department of Finance Revenue Control Division Notification 38/1/2017-Fin(R C)(179) In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Goa Act 4 of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Government of Goa, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in the Government notification No. 38/1/2017-Fin(R C)(114), dated 21st October, 2019 published in the Extraordinary Official Gazette No. 2, Series I No. 29 dated 21st October, 2019, namely:- In the said notification in the opening paragraph, for the words and figures financial years 2017-18 and 2018-19 , the words and figures financial years 2017-18, 2018-19 and 2019-20 shall be substituted.
