Amendment in notification no. 530 dated 29-6-2017 regarding rate of tax of Satellite launch services - 879/2020/7(120)/XXVII(8)/2020/CTR-5 - Uttarakhand SGST

Government of Uttarakhand Finance Section-8 No. 879/2020/7(120)/XXVII(8)/2020/CTR-5 Dehradun : Dated: 11 November, 2020 Notification WHEREAS, the State Government is satisfied that it is expedient so to do in public interest; NOW, THEREFORE, In exercise of the powers confected by sub-sections (3) and (4) of section 9, sub-section (i) of section 11, sub-section (5) of section 15 and section 148 of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 06 of 2017), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, is pleased to allow to make the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of Uttarakhand, No. 530/2017/9(120)/XXVII(8)/2017, dated 29 th June, 2017, namely:- In the said notification, in the Table, after serial number 19B and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely :- 19C 9965 Satellite launch services supplied by Indian Space Research Organisation, Antrix Corporation Limited or New Space India Limited.
