Act-1-2017-Order-(159)-2020 dated November 02, 2020. NOTIFICATION No. 1284 /XI-2-20-9(47)/17-U.P. Act-1-2017-Order-(159)-2020 Lucknow: Dated: November 02, 2020 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (U.P. Act no 1 of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification no. KA. NI.-2-1557/XI-9(47)/17-U.P. Act-1-2017-Order-(65) dated 15 November, 2019, namely: - In the said notification in the opening paragraph, for the words and figures financial years 2017-18 and 2018-19 , the words and figures financial years 2017-18, 2018-19 and 2019-20 shall be substituted.
