EXCISE AND TAXATION DEPARTMENT Notification No. 43/2020-State Tax Shimla-2, the 18th November, 2020 No. EXN-F(10)-4/2020-Vol-I. -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2020 (12 of 2020) (hereafter in this notification referred to as the said Act), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to appoint the 18th day of May, 2020, as the date on which the provisions of clause 12 of the said Act, shall come into force.
