EXCISE AND TAXATION DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION No. 49/2020-State Tax Shimla-2, the 12th November, 2020 No. EXN-F(10)-15/2020 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2020 (12 of 2020) (hereafter in this notification referred to as the said Act), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is please to appoint the 30th day of June, 2020, as the date on which the provisions of section 13 of the said Act, shall come into force.
