No. - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Odisha Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2019 (Odisha Act 9 of 2019), the State Government do hereby appoint the 10th day of November, 2020 as the date on which the provisions of section 7 of the said Act shall come into force.
