No. GST.1020/C.R. 99/ Taxation-1.- ln exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2019 (Mah. Act No. XXXI of 2019), (hereinafter in this notification referred to as the said Act ), the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints the 10th day of November, 2020, as the date on which the provisions of section 7 of the said Act shall come into force.
