Constitution of the Tripura Authority for Advance Ruling under TSGST Act,2017 - F.1-11(98)-TAX/GST/2020 - Tripura SGST

GOVERNMENT OF TRIPURA FINANCE DEPARTMENT (TAXES EXCISE) NO.F.1-11(98)-TAX/GST/2020 Dated, Agartala, the 9th November, 2020. NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 96 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Tripura Act No. 9 of 2017) the State Government hereby constitutes an Authority to be known as the Tripura Authority for Advance Ruling consisting of the following members: 1. Shri Suithuifru Mog, TCS, SSG, Additional Commissioner of State Tax, Tripura. 2. Shri Sanjay Kumar, Additional Commissioner, Central Goods and Services Tax. This is issued in supersession of earlier Notification NO. F. 1-11 (98)-TAX/GST/2018 dated the 17 February, 2020, published in the Tripura Gazette, Extraordinary Issue, vide No.575, dated, the 18th February, 2020.
