Notification regarding Tripura Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling - 1-11 (96)-TAX /GST/2020 - Tripura SGST

GOVERNMENT OF TRIPURA FINANCE DEPARTMENT (TAXES EXCISE) F. 1-11 (96)-TAX /GST/2020 Dated, Agartala, the 25th November, 2020. NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 99 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Tripura Act No. 9 of 2017) the State Government hereby constitutes an Authority to be known as the Tripura Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling for Goods and Services Tax consisting of the following members: 1. Shri W. L. Hangshing, Chief Commissioner of Central Tax, CGST. 2. Dr. Vishal Kumar, Chief Commissioner of State Tax, SGST. This is issued in supersession of earlier Notification NO. F. 1-11(96)-TAX/GST/2017 dated the 2nd July, 2018, published in the Tripura Gazette, Extraordinary Issue, vide No. 283, dated, the 2 nd July, 2018.
