FIN/REV-3/GST/1/08(Pt-1)(Vol.II)/24 Dated: 10 th November 2020 NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4) of rule 48 of the Nagaland Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of Government of Nagaland, Finance Department (Revenue Branch) F.NO.FIN/REV-3/GST/1/08(Pt-1)(Vol.1)/65 dated 21 st March 2020, namely:- In the said notification, in the first paragraph, with effect from the 1 st day of January 2021, for the words five hundred crore rupees , the words one hundred crore rupees shall be substituted.
