Amendment of notification no.103/GST-2, dated 15.12.2020 to waive penalty payable for non-compliance of provisions of Notification No.18/GST-2, date 31.03.2020 - 12/GST-2 - Haryana SGST

HARYANA GOVERNMENT EXCISE AND TAXATION DEPARTMENT Notification The 19th April, 2021 No.12/GST-2. - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 128 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the Governor of Haryana, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No.103/GST-2, dated the 15 th December, 2020, namely:- Amendment In Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No.103/GST2, dated the 15th December, 2020,- (i) for the figure, letter and words, 31st day of March , the figure, letter and words 30th day of June , shall be substituted; and (ii) for the figure, letter and words, 01st day of April , the figure, letter and words 1st day of July , shall be substituted.
