Government of Uttarakhand Finance Section-8 No. 283/2021/03(120)/XXVII(8)/2021 CT- 05 Dehradun : Dated: 12, May, 2021 Notification WHEREAS, the State Government is satisfied that it is expedient so to do in public interest; NOW THEREFORE, In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4) of rule 48 of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Governor, on the recommendations of the GST Council, is pleased to allow to make the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of Uttarakhand, No. 330/2020/5(120)/XXVII(8)/2020/CT-13 dated 20 th May, 2020 (as amended from time to time) namely : - In the said notification, in the first paragraph, with effect from the 1 st day of April, 2021, for the words one hundred crore rupees , the words fifty crore rupees shall be substituted.
