Notification to waive penalty for non-compliance of provisions of notification no. F.12(46)FD/Tax/2017-Pt-V-153 dated 30.03.2020 - F.12(1)FD/Tax/2021-40 - Rajasthan SGST

GOVERNMENT OF RAJASTHAN FINANCE DEPARTMENT (TAX DIVISION) NOTIFICATION Jaipur, dated: July 07, 2021 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 128 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No, 9 of 2017) (hereafter in this notification referred to as the said Act), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, and in supersession of this department's notification No, F.12(46)FD/Tax/2017-III-260, dated the 2nd December, 2020, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, hereby waives the amount of penalty payable by any registered person under section 125 of the said Act for non- compliance of the provisions of this department's notification No. F.12(46)FD/Tax/2017-Pt.V- 153, dated the 30th March, 2020, between the period from the 1 st day of December, 2020 to the 30th day of September, 2021.
