Amendment in Notification G.O.Ms.No. 99, Revenue (CT-II) Department, dated 04.09.2020 - G.O.Ms.No. 135 - Telangana SGST

GOVERNMENT OF TELANGANA NOTIFICATION G.O.Ms.No. 135 Dated: 27-11-2020 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4) of rule 48 of the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments to the notification issued vide G.O.Ms.No. 99, Revenue (CT-II) Department, dated: 04.09.2020, namely:- In the said notification - (i) before the words those referred to in sub-rules , the words a Special Economic Zone unit and shall be inserted; (ii) for the words one hundred crore rupees , the words five hundred crore rupees shall be substituted.
