Amendment in Notification No. 89/2020 - State Tax, dated the 14th December, 2020 - 6/2021-State Tax - Mizoram SGST

GOVERNMENT OF MIZORAM NOTIFICATION No. 6/2021-State Tax No. J.21011/7/2021-TAX, the 8th April, 2021. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 128 of the Mizoram Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (6 of 2017), the Governor of Mizoram, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in notification of the Government of Mizoram, Taxation Department, No. 89/2020 - State Tax, dated the 14th December, 2020, issued vide file number No.J.21011/3/2019(1 )-TAX, namely :- In the said notification, - (i) in the seventh line, for the figures, letters and words, 31st day of March , the figures, letters and words 30th day of June , shall be substituted; (ii) in the eighth line, for the figures, letters and words, 01st day of April , the figures, letters and words 1st day of July , shall be substituted.
