Amendment in Notification No. 21/2019–State Tax dated the 23rd April, 2019 - 25/2021-State Tax - Chhattisgarh SGST

Government of Chhattisgarh Commercial Tax Department Mantralaya, Mahanadi Bhawan Atal Nagar, the 29 th July 2021 NOTIFICATION No. 25/2021-State Tax No. F 10-40/2021/CT/V(58) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (7 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification No. 21/2019 State Tax, No. F-10-19/2019/CT/V(46), Chhattisgarh Commercial Tax Department, dated the 23rd April, 2019, published in the Gazette (Extraordinary) of Chhattisgarh, No. 131, dated the 24th April, 2019, namely:- In the said notification, in the third paragraph, in the second proviso, for the figures, letters and words 31st day of May, 2021 , the figures, letters and words 31st day of July, 2021 shall be substituted. 2.
