Amendment in Notification No. 95/2020-State Tax, dated the 22th February, 2021 - 04/2021 – State Tax - Chhattisgarh SGST

Government of Chhattisgarh Commercial Tax Department Mantralaya, Mahanadi Bhawan Atal Nagar, the 10th May 2021 NOTIFICATION No. 04/2021 State Tax No. F-10- 30/2021/CT/V(32) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 44 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (7 of 2017), read with rule 80 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in the Notification No. 95/2020-State Tax, No. F 10-08/2021/CT/V(17), Chhattisgarh Commercial Tax Department, dated the 9th February, 2021, published in the Gazette (Extraordinary) of Chhattisgarh, No. 140, dated the 22th February, 2021, namely:- In the said notification, for the figures 28-02-2021 , the figures 31-03-2021 shall be substituted. 2.
