Amendment in Notification No. GST-2 dated 08-07-2017 - SRO-621 - Jammu and Kashmir SGST

GOVERNMENT OF JAMMU AND KASHMIR CIVIL SECRETARIAT FINANCE DEPARTMENT Notification Srinagar, the 22nd October, 2019 SRO-621 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) of section 11 of the Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No.V of 2017). the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby, makes the following amendments in the 32nd notification No. GST-2 dated 08-07-2017 namely : (1) in the Schedule,- (i) after S. No. 57 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and the entries shall be inserted namely :- 57A 0813 Tamarind dried . (ii) after S. No. 114B and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and the entries shall be inserted namely :- 114C 46 Plates and cups made up of all kinds of leaves/flowers/bark . 2.
