No. - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Odisha Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2021 (Odisha Act 13 of 2021), the State Government do hereby appoint the 21 st day of September, 2021, as the date on which the provisions of sections 4, 5, 6 and 13 of the said Act shall come into force.
