EXCISE AND TAXATION DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION No. 29/2021-State Tax Shimla-2, the 28th October, 2021 No. EXN-F(10)-4/2021. -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2021 (Act No. 6 of 2021)(hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to appoint the 1st day of August, 2021, as the date on which the provisions of sections 4 and 5 of the said Act shall come into force.
