Prescribe the due dates for furnishing of FORM GSTR-3B for the months of July, August 2017 - S.O. 107/PGSTR/2017/R.61 /P.A.5/2017/S.168/2021 - Punjab SGST

GOVERNMENT OF PUNJAB OFFICE OF COMMISSIONER OF STATE TAX NOTIFICATION The 6th September, 2021 No. S.O. 107/PGSTR/2017/R.61 /P.A.5/2017/S.168/2021. -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (5) of rule 61 of the Punjab Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 read with section 168 of the Punjab Goods and Services Act, 2017 (Punjab Act No. 5 of 2017) and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the commissioner, on the recommendations of the Council, is pleased to notify that the return for the month as specified in column (2) of the Table given below shall be furnished in FORM GSTR-3B electronically through the common portal before the dated as specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table, namely:- Table Serial Number Month Date of filing of GSTR-3B (1) (2) (3) 1. July, 2017 20th August, 2017 2. August, 2017 20th September, 2017 3. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force on and with effect from 8th day of August, 2017. NILKANTH S.
