Government of Meghalaya appoints the Joint Commissioner of State Tax as the Appellate Authority - ERTS (T) 18/2018/105 - Meghalaya SGST

GOVERNMENT OF MEGHALAYA EXCISE, REGISTRATION, TAXATION STAMPS DEPARTMENT ------- NOTIFICATION The 10th November, 2021. No.ERTS (T) 18/2018/105 . -In exercise of the powers conferred under Clause (a) of sub Rule (2) of Rule 109A hereby appoints the Additional Commissioner of State Tax as the Appellate Authority for the purpose of sub-section (2) of Section 107 of the Meghalaya Goods and Services Tax Act and Rules, 2017, and in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub Rule (1) of Rule 109A of the Meghalaya Goods and Services Tax (MGST) Rules, 2017, the Government of Meghalaya hereby appoints the Joint Commissioner of State Tax as the Appellate Authority for the purpose of sub-section (1) of Section 107 of the Meghalaya Goods and Services Tax Act and Rules, 2017.
