Amendment in Notification S.O. No. 34 dated- 13th April, 2018 regarding constitution of the Jharkhand Authority of Advance Ruling - S.O. No 50 - Jharkhand SGST

COMMERCIAL TAXES DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION 23rd November, 2021 S.O. No 50, Dated 18th November, 2021- -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) and (2) of Section 96 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the State Government, hereby amends the departmental notification S.O. No. 34 dated- 13 th April, 2018 regarding constitution of the Jharkhand Authority of Advance Ruling in the following manner:- (i) Sri Pradhuman Badri Prasad Meena, Joint Commissioner, CGST CX, Sub-Commissionerate, Dhanbad shall be substituted by Sri Badri Prasad MV , Additional Commissioner, CGST CX, Ranchi. (ii) Sri Ramchandra Prasad Barnwal, Joint Commissioner (Administration), Ranchi Division shall be substituted by Sri Pradeep Kumar , Joint Commissioner (Administration), Ranchi Division. 2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the date of its issuance in the official gazette. [File.
