Amendment in Notification No. II(2)/CTR/532(d-7)/2017, dated 29th June, 2017 - G.O. Ms. No.123 - Tamil Nadu SGST

COMMERCIAL TAXES AND REGISTRATION DEPARTMENT AMENDMENTS TO NOTIFICATION ON THE TAMIL NADU GOODS AND SERVICES TAX ACT, 2017. [ G.O. Ms. No.123, Commercial Taxes and Registration (B1), 4th October 2021, Purattasi 18, Pilava, Thiruvalluvar Aandu-2052 .] No. II(2)/CTR/671(e-5)/2021. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 9 of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Tamil Nadu Act 19 of 2017), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments to the Commercial Taxes and Registration Department Notification No.II(2)/CTR/532(d-7)/2017, published at pages 80-81 in Part II-Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, Extraordinary, dated 29th June, 2017, namely:- AMENDMENT In the said notification, in the Table, after serial number 3 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and the entries shall be inserted, namely: 3A. 33012400, 33012510, 33012520, 33012530, 33012540 Following essential oils other than those of citrus fruit namely: - a) Of peppermint (Mentha piperita); b) Of other mints : Spearmint oil (ex-mentha spicata), Water mint-oil (ex-mentha aquatic), Horsemint oil (ex-menthasylvestries), Bergament oil (ex-mentha citrate). Any Unregistered Person Any Registered Person ; 2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 1st day of October, 2021. B.
