GOVERNMENT OF MANIPUR SECRETARIAT: FINANCE DEPARTMENT (EXPENDITURE SECTION) Notification No. 05/2021 - State Tax (D) Imphal, the 2 nd June, 2021 No. TAX/4(53)/G-NOTN/2016 :- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 168 of the Manipur Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (3 of 2017) and sub-rule (3) of rule 45 of the Manipur Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Commissioner, with the approval of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment In the notification of the Government of Manipur, Secretariat: Finance Department (Expenditure Section), No. 02/2021 - State Tax (D), dated the 3 rd May, 2021, published In the Manipur Gazette, Extraordinary vide number 41, dated the 3 rd May, 2021, namely :- In the said notification, in the first paragraph, for the figures, letters and words 31 st day of May, 2021 , the figures, letters and words 30 th day of June, 2021 shall be substituted. 2.
