Seeks to amend Notification No. 03/2021-State Tax, dated the 12th April, 2021 - 36/2021 – State Tax - Jharkhand SGST

COMMERCIAL TAXES DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION 24th December, 2021 Notification No. 36/2021 State Tax S.O. No. 79, Dated 24th December, 2021- -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (6D) of section 25 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Government of Jharkhand, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of Jharkhand in the Commercial Taxes Department, No. 03/2021-State Tax, dated the 12th April, 2021 published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 29, dated the 12th April, 2021, namely: - In the said notification, in the first paragraph after the words hereby notifies that the provisions of , the words, brackets, figure and letter sub-section (6A) or shall be inserted. 2. This notification shall be deemed to be effective from the 24th September, 2021. [File.
