Seeks to amend Notification No. 76/2018– State Tax, dated the 24th January, 2019 - 33/2021 – State Tax - Jharkhand SGST

COMMERCIAL TAXES DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION 24th December, 2021 Notification No. 33/2021 State Tax S.O. No. 76, Dated 24th December, 2021- -In exercise of the powers conferred by section 128 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of Jharkhand in the Commercial Taxes Department, No. 76/2018 State Tax, dated the 24th January, 2019, published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 18, dated the 24th January, 2019, namely: In the said notification, in the ninth and tenth provisos, for the figures, letters and words 31st day of August, 2021 , where ever they occur, the figures, letters and words 30th day of November, 2021 shall be substituted. 2. This notification shall be deemed to be effective from the 29th August, 2021. [File. No. 62, dated the 24th December, 2021.
